If I try MyAuto Innovations today, when will I receive my membership card?
You should receive your membership card in approximately 4-6 weeks. If you do not receive your membership card, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-854-8098.

Geographically, where does my membership cover me?
As a member, you are covered while driving in all 50 states of the United States.

What vehicles are covered under the MyAuto Innovations membership?
MyAuto Innovations offers full road and towing services for all self-propelled, four-wheel vehicles, designed, licensed and used for private, non-commercial, on-road transportation. The coverage is valid for any eligible vehicle you are driving - leased, owned, rented or borrowed.

Who are your service providers?
MyAuto Innovations contracts with more than 45,000 authorized, independent towers and service providers throughout the United States. We continue to contract with new, authorized independent towers and service providers so that our members' needs for emergency services are handled quickly and easily.

What does Emergency Service cover?
Emergency Road and Towing Service covers:

  • Towing
  • Lockout Service
  • Battery boost/jump start
  • Flat tire service (changed, with your inflated spare)
  • Fuel delivery (you pay only for the cost of the fuel)
  • Winching/stuck vehicle

What are the towing hours?
MyAuto Innovations towing service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I obtain roadside assistance?
If you are a member, please follow the simple steps listed below.

Call Emergency Dispatch Service and provide the operator with the following:

  • Your name and membership number
  • Area code and telephone number you are calling from
  • Location of your disabled vehicle (city, state, street address and/or closest intersection)
  • Description of disabled vehicle (year, make, model, color)
  • License plate number of disabled vehicle
  • Nature of the problem

The operator will keep you on the line while contacting the nearest participating service provider.
We will give you the service provider's name and the estimated time of arrival.
For your protection, be with your car when the service provider arrives.
Present the service provider with your membership card and driver's license.

Once I call, how long does it take to receive assistance?
The average response time is 45 minutes. Of course, response time will vary according to weather, traffic and location.

How many times can I call for roadside assistance? Your MyAuto Innovations membership covers 5 service calls per year.

How do I save money on car maintenance using MyAuto Innovations?
After you have enrolled, we'll mail you a membership card that entitles you to valuable discounts at service centers nationwide. Just show your MyAuto Innovations membership card before requesting the service and enjoy outstanding savings.

How does the trip routing work?
Simply call the 800# and tell the coordinator your location and travel destination. They will offer to send you a scenic or direct route travel plan. Your guide will include local attractions and points of interest along the way. You should allow 14 days before you leave to ensure delivery.
